Southwest Fall Basketball League is hosted by Middletown Madison girls’ basketball program. The high school league will be for six weeks for a total of 6 games. Players will have a chance to compete in the end of league All-Star game.

Space is limited and restricted based on OHSAA rules. There will be 8 players per team, keeping in mind that only 3 players from the same team.

The league will kick-off on Sunday, September 10th with the following weeks’ games played on Sunday only.

Where: Middletown Madison High School

When: 9/10/2023 through 10/15/2023

Cost: $100 per player (includes reversible numbered jersey)

Deadline: 9/6/2023 or when league is full

Electronic payment can be sent via Venmo to @Madison-Boosters. In the section “what’s this for”, please state SWFBL.

Checks can be made out Madison Athletic Boosters and mail to PO Box 181, Middletown, OH 45042. Memo section of check MUST include SWFBL.

Registration will not be complete until payment is received.
